You may use this program in its original form, or you can adapt it as you see fit, under the following conditions:

• You must indicate on your program materials and in your program presentations that your training is based on or derived from the Humans At WorkSM Program developed by Humans At Work, LLC.
• You may not make a single penny of revenue from the program content in any way, including but not limited to training or as the basis for a book, broadcast, motivational speaker service, or any other commercial enterprise. Program content includes but is not necessarily limited to the curriculum, session plans, and session manifestos. This provision applies whether you use the program in its original form, or adapt it for your own use.
• You may pass your adapted program on to anyone you wish, but only under these same terms. For example, you may not customize this program for a friend who then turns around and sells the program commercially.

My intention in distributing the Humans At WorkSM Program under these terms is that for-profit corporations, non-profit corporations, and government agencies have free use of the curriculum to benefit their employees. This non-commercial-use license allows you to develop and deliver the training yourself to your own employees, in whatever way is best for your organization.

However, Humans At Work, LLC reserves all commercial rights and will defend them to the fullest extent of the law. This license does not allow consultants, professional trainers, writers, packagers, publishers, professional motivational speakers or anyone else to use this program, or adapt it, for commercial purposes. If you are an organization using this program in-house to train your managers, you may not repackage it and offer it to your clients as a commercial service. You may not write a book that packages this curriculum. You may not market yourself commercially as representing the program or the company.
