I am truly grateful for the support and the fact that all of you were willing to vouch for me to your communities. It's so interesting... so many folks these days are online, and there are so many clear management lessons playing out in the online world. One of the most important is the idea of mutual support. People who don't play nicely out here, and who don't have each other's backs, don't generally last long in the wider online community. Will have to think more about this as a way of helping managers (younger managers, in particular) connect some of the HAW concepts with their own experience. Thanks to all of you, yes, it worked!
